Billybob's North Island Holiday

On the third of July I took Billybob home with me but we were not home for very long because we said bye to our wwoofer and dog then we left for Christchurch. On the way to Christchurch Billybob sat on the dashboard. The next day we went and stayed the night in a cabin in Kaikoura which was fun. By the time we arrived at Picton the next day it was time for lunch, so we all ate our lunch while we waited to go on the ferry. When the ship docked the front opened up so Dad took one or two pictures of Billybob watching the ramp go down. Once we'd driven out we went to my auntie's house and stayed there for the night. The next day we jumped into the car and drove off to stay at Mum's cousins' house for two nights. After two nights at John and Julie's we went to Woodville for lunch. Before lunch we went to a great second-hand shop and bought a lot of neat presents for heaps of people. For lunch I ate two and a half slices of ice-cream, one huge piece of pavalova, some fruit salad and one giant piece of bacon and egg pie. That night we stayed at our friend Brenda's house. Brenda has the same birthday as me so we all had a big birthday dinner which was chicken, mashed potato, broccoli and gravy. What we had to drink was sparkling grape juice and ginger beer. Then for pudding there was jelly and that was delicious. The next day we left and went on the ferry back to Picton. While we were on the ferry we all watched 'Night of the Museum'. It was funny but a little bit creepy too and I think that Billybob was a little scared.
Altogether the holiday was really fun and I think Billybob enjoyed it too.
